It does not sound out of line from my experience. I get 12-13 MPG on mine, average, year around (in Northern MI).
is diesel same usage as marine gas oil
Arriiving with an empty tank, usage would be 550/25 ie 22 gals. 22 x 3.75 = 82.5
Miles driven divided by MPG = gallons used. Gallons used multiplied by price per gallon = total price spent for miles driven. Total cost divided into total miles = cost per mile.Take the price of gas and divided it by your cars mpg.Price of Gas Per Gallon/Miles Per Gallon = cost per mile.$3.12 per gallon/ 22 mpg = 14 cents per mile.
1.6 gallon and 3 gallon.
most are about 2 gallons
what fuel usage for hgv miles in to litres
Depends entirely on the vehicle you're driving and the fuel usage of that vehicle. Divide the average miles per gallon of the vehicle you're driving into 166 and you will have your answer.
The cost of running a diesel generator can vary depending on various factors such as the size and efficiency of the generator, the price of diesel fuel, and the duration and frequency of usage. On average, diesel generators consume about 0.5 to 1 gallon of diesel fuel per hour for every kilowatt (kW) of power produced. To calculate the cost, you would need to know the current price of diesel fuel, the generator's fuel consumption rate, and the number of hours the generator will be running. By multiplying these factors together, you can determine the approximate cost of running a diesel generator.
About 155 square miles.
There are several causes for high fuel consumption in a diesel engine. These include a difference in the weight of the vehicle, increased usage of air conditioning, and a difference in tire pressure.
15w30 or 15w40 are common for "all around" usage. Make sure it's oil specifically for diesel engines.... API CJ4 is mandatory if you have a more recent model with Selective Caralytic Reduction, and is compatible with earlier Diesel engines.
I own a 1997 Dodge Caravan (short wheelbase) and I tracked my fuel usage during my holiday travels. The best it did for me was 30 mpg (flat road), and the worst was still over twenty mpg (hills).
