There was no 359 in 94. The fuse panel on a 94 379 is under dash on firewall behind the clutch

I believe that is in the fuse panel

It depends on what fuse that you want to look for. For a common things, the fuse box is under the dash panel of the driver side. Dan

The fuse panel is located on the left side of steering column behind axcess panel, That's where the radio fuse should be.

Yes, Fuse panel under the dash, drivers side fuse #14 I think

I believe that the 94 & 95 are the same. If it is. the fuse is on the passenger side under the dash. You must remove the lower dash panel and the fuses and relays are hard to see. The fuse location on the fuse panel is listed in the owners manual, On the 95 it is the third fuse down in the middle row. They have a location chart sticker on the panel that you have to remove to get to the fuses.

In 94 the panel is in the left side of the glove box

Passenger foot well in the center console. Remove the plastic panel and you will see the fuses. Look on the plastic panel and you will see a diagram that tells you which fuse does what.

Disconnect the battery for 60 seconds, if that does not work remove the ECU fuse and the backup fuse for a minute.

The relay for the locks is usually located in the fuse panel (usually lower left of the steering wheel) and is one of the larger rectangular boxes plugged into the fuse panel.

Lower left side of the dash, small panel that you pull off and that is where the fuse will be found.

I was playing with mine and if you bridge the red and black wires, your instrument panel will light up. DON'T bridge the red/black wire and the black wire - it will blow a fuse.

Blown fuse, defective fan motor, or defective thermal relay.

Are you saying the turn signals will not flash? If so, replace the Flasher Relay located, front seating area, driver side, under dash, above fuse block, mounted on kick panel.

in a 94 Honda civic dx you have a d16.

My 1994 Voyager Owners manual, 0n page 176-177 tells me that the Horn fuse is a 20 Amp(yellow)fuse that is located in position 3(Three)in the fuse panel. Besides the horn, it should also provide power to the Cigar Lighter, the Horn Relay and the speaker amp.

Located by fuse panelAccording to Chilton's, it is located next to the fuse panel under the driver's side. Three Phillips screws will allow the access panel,(black plastic panel), to swing down. More detail! On the '94 Achieva I found it above the fuse panel, and toward the door, just above the emergency brake release. You need a trained monkey to change it!

If it's like the 1994 Explorer the turn signal and hazard flasher " cans " are in the fuse panel

Check the fuse in the fuse panel. Also look and see if there is an inline fuse blown. I already checked the fuse panel and the fuse on the back of the radio. I don't know what the problem could be. The radio is not burnt because I replaced it and still no power. There may be another inline fuse somewhere between the fuse panel and the radio. Do you have power at the radio? I assume you do not. I would check, with a multimeter, where the radio power cable is connected at the fuse panel and see if you actually have power. If you do then you know that somewhere between that point and the radio you have a problem. As a last resort you could just run a new power cable to the radio from the fuse panel. Be sure to install an inline fuse if you do this. How do I run a new power cable to the radio from the fuse panel and install an in-line fuse?
