Found on left side of driver knee, above the HOOD release but Facing SIDEWAYS and not easily simple to open.

Just under the dashboard, look for the harness/big wiring connecting to the Fuze Box.

I have an 86 ford tempo and my fuze box is on the drivers side above your left leg... the fuze box is labled, meaning all the different fuzes are labled. hope that helped you!

The flasher sylinoid should be in the fuze box under the dash on the left side of the steering collum. it will look like a round or sometimes square metal fuze larger than any other fuze in the box
