well it isn't possible without a cheat or trainer (trainer is only for PC version).

the cheat is:

FBI: 2275550100

Comet: 2275550175

Turismo: 2275550147

Cognoscenti: 2275550142

Super GT: 2275550168

just open your phone and press Up 2 times so you can dial a number and dial the cheat in there, and after you entered the cheat you can activate the cheat by getting into your phone menu and press the "cheats" bottum
