Honestly, both are good options, but if I had to choose between *ECE at GNDU Amritsar* and *ECE at Thapar Patiala, I would lean towards *Thapar. GNDU has the advantage of lower fees and a good campus environment, so it's definitely not a bad choice. But Thapar usually offers better industry exposure, a stronger alumni network, more internship opportunities, and generally better placement prospects. I've seen many students prefer Thapar because it gives them more opportunities both inside and outside the classroom. That's one of the reasons it's often considered among the top private universities in North India. That said, if fees are a major factor for you, GNDU can still be a very sensible option. But if you're looking purely at exposure, opportunities, and overall career growth, I'd personally put Thapar ECE ahead of GNDU ECE.
