yes, but not labeled fuel pump fuse.
The '98 Galant would not have a carburetor, but rather fuel injectors. I know on the '99-'03 the fuel pump is located in the fuel tank itself. Not 100% sure on '98, but they should be similar.

It don't have 1. If you want the fuel pump to NOT work then remove the fuel pump fuse are relay. That is the ONLY shut off there is.

The fused lead goes to the fuel pump relay in the relay center then to the fuel pump in the gas tank. The relay is operated by the engine control module computer
