Well, it depends on whether you like more gore, which is Call of Duty WoW, or a still pretty gory one, which is Call of Duty 4. I, myself think that 4 is better, because I think they over did Wow, but that's me. Also I hear WoW has glitches.
I think 5 is better because it has better guns and maps. Zombie mode is really fun to!
