It would be most unusual for a German not to be able to speak German. I therefore answer 99.99% of Germans speak German. The reasoning :- there is a very small percentage of people who have speech impediments that rends it impossible for them to speak at all.
Yes.
If i was German then i would do German things :)
In very rare cases would a German cockroach be able to fly. Not for a long time too! But a common misconception is that they can't fly and period, but again sometimes they do.
I don't know what a "German Hot Dog" is, but would be close. "Hot Dog" is an Englishism that doesn't exist in German except as a direct loanword; older people would probably call it a Würstchen."Darf" actually means "may," not "can." If you really mean can you have one (as in are you able to have one, not are you allowed to have one) then it would be "kann" instead.
Theoretically the German air force would have been able to destroy British ships that would prevent German troop transport ships from crossing the English Channel. In the Summer of 1940 Germany had 1,300 bombers that included 300 dive bombers. The problem would be bad weather that would hamper German air attacks on the British fleet. Also, not all of Britain's navy could be destroyed, so German troop transports would be attacked. The other problem was that it would be difficult for a German army to be supplied from German bases in France. With that said, the struggle for a German invasion would have been long and costly for Germany.
No he would be the nationality he is now (German).

It means "German, please" which probably means you are being asked to speak in German if you are able.
"yes" in German would be "ja"
you are able to speak it with little difficulty.
'to meet up' in German would be 'zu treffen'. The German verb for 'meet' is treffen, so zu treffen would be to meet up. You would not add the German word for up to this phrase.
