You can not get Rayquaza in Pokemon Diamond or Pearl The only way to get it is to have Pokemon Emerald Version and put it in the GBA slot with Raquaza in the Comp thingy. If u have passed ur Pokemon diamond version go to the pokepark to migrate with the Emerald version. it will ask u to pick 6 Pokemon from Emerald just be sure u picked Raquaza. when that is done ur charactor will enter the park by his/her self. it will let u go look for the Pokemon u have selected and u are sure to find Raquaza. (NOTE 1: ones u have gotton ur Pokemon u will no longer have that Pokemon in ur Emerald!)
