If you are using more than one computer first determine wether it is merely a problem with a specific computer or print job in which case it is a problem with that computer or print job. However, if the issue persists on all computers it will be a problem with the printer. Before you go too in depth I suggest trying a simple reboot, 8 times out of 10 this will solve the problem (try leaving the printer unplugged for 10 minutes before turning back on). If the problem persists try printing a document in various different formats as that may perhaps be the issue. If you are still having problems perhaps try installing the latest drivers for your device from www.hp.com. If none of the above works I would say your last option is to look on the troubleshooting section of the HP website (link above) or contact customer services.
