How do you disengage from narcissistic sister who has never repaid 30k lent to get her on her feet and is now living in your house spending her last dollars and is 63 and never worked no?
A person who is 63 years old and has never worked, is never going to work; by the age of 63, it's too late. (Volunteer work is still possible, but that wouldn't help in this situation.) Your sister will have to apply for social assistance. If you truly do not like her (and narcissistic people are not very likable) you should give her a deadline for moving out of your house, I think that the first of November would be reasonable (it does take some time to find housing - and your sister's situation will be more complicated than usual, since she will also need social assistance to pay for the housing) and then you just have to enforce that deadline. If she is not out by November first, throw her out. If necessary, call the police and have her removed. Nothing requires you to speak to her or have anything to do with her beyond that point, if that is your wish. Of course, she will never repay the 30K, but at least the situation can come to an end, rather than becoming a continuing demand on your resources.
