Benchtop Dispensing Robot
Glue dispensing machine
You need to read and follow the instructions on the package before the first use for keeping the dispensing nozzle clean so glue does not setup in it and plug it preventing dispensing more glue later. However if you failed to do this and now have the dispensing nozzle all plugged up with hardened glue, there is a way that sometimes works to remove the plug of glue (but no guarantees). To do this you will have to unscrew the cap holding the dispensing nozzle from the bottle and push the plug out backwards. If you can do that rinse out any remaining glue residue and put the cap back on. Then make sure you read the instructions before you use anymore of the glue, so you won't be doing this another time!

The time it takes to make a drop of glue can vary depending on the type of glue and its production process. Generally, the manufacturing process for commercial glue can take several hours to days, as it involves mixing ingredients, heating, and curing. However, once prepared, dispensing a single drop takes just a few seconds. Overall, the time frame is largely dominated by production rather than application.
That depends on what's broken. If it's really broken, and you have no idea how to fix it, I'd STRONGLY recommend taking it to a reputable instrument repair shop. They have the tools and expertise to fix it. Anything you try to do to fix it might just make it worse.
