Eating fruit in general as opposed to junk food will help keep you from getting overweight. However, I have heard grapefruit has something in it that that goes beyond most fruit in helping with weight loss.

None, saturated fat is an artificail process of fat. Fruits are healthy but do contain natural sugars which can rot teeth like candy.
There is no magic food that allows you to eat whatever you want and lose fat. You have to diet and exercise to lose fat, not eat certain fruits or other potions.
