First you take a test to see if you actually are pregnant. The best is at the doctor so you know for sure. then tell your parents. You will need them no matter what choice you make. You can go with your mom to the doctor and get examined and hear all your options and discuss it. The choice is ultimately yours regardless of what your parents think.

∙ 14y agofirstly you need to wait till your missed period then take a test after that go to your GP and discuss your decision's i am 16 and pregnant i am now nearly 23weeks i found keeping her was the best thing i ever did but it may b different for you I'm sure your parents will support you

To be pregnant, you have to have had sex. If you've had sex, it's possible you could be pregnant. To find out if you're pregnant, you need to take a pregnancy test. You can buy one at most supermarkets, chemists etc. or you can get one done at the doctor's. If you are pregnant, it's really important to tell an adult you trust, like a parent, aunt, grandparent, friend's parent, teacher, older sister etc. If someone has forced you to have sex, it's also important to tell one of these trusted adults so that you can get help about it, because sex at the age of 15 is illegal, and forcing someone to have sex is illegal at any age.
