It is a simple process. The rear shocks are held in place by 3 bolts. 2 upper bolts and 1 lower bolt each. Simply remove the bolts and install the new shocks. The front has struts that should only be replaced by a professional with the proper tools as this can be a dangerous repair unless you have the proper tools and skills.
