There are two skulls in the level Cortana. The gold skull is called Tilt and has the effect of doubling all enemy weaknesses and strengths. The silver skull is called the Blind skull and causes you to lose your HUD when activated. Also, if carried to the end of the level Cortana, you will start the next level with a Spartan Laser, and whatever weapon is your current secondary.
