I don't know the second reason.
Hamlet is upset because one of them being his father's death. He's also angry at the fact that his mother is remarrying his uncle (Claudius) just within two months of his father's death.

At the beginning of the play, Hamlet is acting in a melancholy way for two reasons: 1 His father has died, and has been succeeded by his uncle. 2 His mother has married his uncle. For reasons not entirely clear, Hamlet idolized his father but despises his uncle. He is still depressed about his father's death long after everyone else has moved on. He is also depressed because his uncle, whom he despises, is now the king. He also cannot get over the fact that his mother does not share his dislike of his uncle and has married him.
The ghost of Old Hamlet warns Hamlet to not scold Gertrude. Hamlet was warned earlier "leaver her to heaven" (V v) and was warned later in the third act. The ghost warned Hamlet probably for one of two reasons, he still loved her or trying to change Gertrude would not work and who tried would go mad.
Laertes talks with his father, then he leaves the room shortly after Ophelia enters Hamlet is conflicted, brooding, and resentful when he sees his mother Gertrude becomes upset with Hamlet because Hamlet does not like Claudius.
He knew that he was murdered by his brother and his wife

For two especial reasons: the Queen his mother lived almost by his looks and the great love the general people bore him.
Sort if a dark, eerie, spooky feeling. Especially the scenes involving the ghost
