Walston was known for his generousity to many when most family's would worry of the struggle of a means to pay for a love ones death, Harold would some times reach out to familys to support,their cercumstances, he was a well loved figur in his community aswell, as personal,Sadly Harold 's life was cut short in a fatal wreck,in 1998 it is not sure if he was on the way to pic up a body at the time of the accident but he was deffinently a New Bern pioneer and a true hero who had a dream and passion in the work he did with many.
