There are multiple cheats in Harvest Mood DS, but most of them are glitches. One to get a large sum of money (I forget how much, exactly. My apologies.) is to hire the fishing team for one week in the winter to fish in the beach area. At the end of the week, you will wake up with a large sum of cash. Another is when you are brushing any animal, including your horse. When you exit the touchscreen and you character on the top screen is doing the scrubbing motions, quickly switch the brush with the scissors, and you will shear your horse. It takes time to be able to do it fast enough, but it helps when getting certain sprites.

action replay is also nice to have when wanting cheats but be careful not to over do it with the cheats

If you go outside anywhere in the game and unplug your controller, then put it in the third slot on the gamecube, then press the Z button, you will get a bunch of random items and at a random amount. But NEVER use this cheat when you have the blue feather, or it will disappear. AND if you ever get a bunch of blue feathers from this cheat NEVER give it to someone, it will ruin your game.

Also if you do the same thing, go outside anywhere and plug your controller into the third slot, then press the start button, you will get 10,000 gold every time you press it. But don't use this cheat too much, because if you get to much gold, it will say you have zero gold. so yeah.

If you want money, go to the cave with a hoe and hammer, till the 1st floor for some ponata roots. You can eat them if you get low on stamina. Then hold down Z for a higher chance of going down than up. When you get to about cave sublevel 70 start using the hammer on rocks and crystals. It might be about 8:00 p. m. when you finish. Hold the last gem in your hand, (if you like to get a lot) and press Y and press Z. When you wake up, everything will still be there and so will the gem that's in your hands. Then go ship it. (objects in your hands can be taken into your bed and they will still be in your hands when you wake up, you can't take animals into your bed such as your dog he'll just get up haha)

Cealia: If you want to you can get hearts for her. One thing she loves is flowers... give her that every day and maybe you might even have a heart event with her...

Muffy: Muffy mostly loves anything. Go to the Blue Bar at 10:00-10:30. Talk to her and she will say, "Are you here to see me or Griffin? Talk to her again then say, "Her to see you." Give her Godessdrops flowers or Toy flowers, but only one a day: She also likes the Pretty Ores you can find at the dig site were the profeccser digs. You can also give her Milk, but try to give her Amilk.

Secret Richness: Get a Seed maker on the first year, Winter. Got to Takakura, your grandpa, and he will tell you about the Seed Maker, you'll have to buy it for 6,000 though, so be prepared... Then after this, buy a banana tree and harvest it, then put the bananas in the Seed Maker. You will earn 48, 000! Maybe even you could byu a Food Prossecing Room... ;P Just tell me what you need to know, hav no clue how but do it and I will tell you the answer to you question... maybe... if I know... =D good luck rancher!
