His father, who has the same name as the president, was by most accounts an alcoholic, and involved in several drunk driving accidents; an uncle of the president was also involved in a drunk driving case. But there is no credible evidence that President Obama was involved in such things, nor was he ever arrested.

The president has a distant uncle (on his father's side), Onyango Obama, who was arrested for drunk driving in a suburb of Boston and spent several weeks in jail; but the president himself has a clean record and has never served any prison time.
