Of course he did. The way the law reads, any person that orders the murder of another person is just as guilty as the person that 'does the deed'. Make no mistake, Manson is a murderer.

Manson has a long history of violent behavior. In and out of prison, his offences were all serious, most violent. It would be hard to believe that Manson did not kill with his own hands.
