No. Most tsunamis occur as a result of undersea earthquakes and there are no earthquake zones in any of the Great Lakes that can cause a tsunami.
The only thing that could cause a tsunami on the Great Lakes is a large meteor impact, but no such impact has occurred since before the lakes existed.
