The fossil record as a whole strongly implies that some kind of evolution has taken place, but there's not a single specific fossil that "proves" evolution, nor would such a thing even be possible.

To forestall the inevitable celebration among the mentally challenged: the lack of such an item is not even by the remotest stretch of the imagination "proof" that evolution is false.
