yes but only if it is a 4 stroke
the cam or camshaft controls the fuel intake and exhaust valves
Exhaust cam, is the cam that control valve timing on a DOHC, (DUAL OVERHEAD CAM) motor.
all the civcs have a single overhead cam motor(sohc) the civic si is the only one with a dual overhead cam motor
An RV cam is a motor home performance part. This part will allow your motor home to pull power at a lower RPM.
It is an engine rather than motor - Double OverHead Cam
The older ones, non ecotec are not overhead cam. they Use the cam in block with pushrods.
it all depends on the motor if the motor is a single cam (sohc) and youre trying to fit in a twin cam (dohc) it will not fit but its both from the same type of motor it will fit right in.

i no If a lobe has worn off it is possible that you could just replace the cam but more than likely there is more wrong. If the cam is broke, it would take other things along with it. Depending on the type of motor, this could mean a new head or the complete motor if it is not over head cam.
