Nobody has climbed Mount Everest without a top on, it would be very dangerous to do so. However, on the 24th May 2006 Lakpa Tharke Sherpa stood on the summit of Mount Everest for 3 minutes 'bare chested'. After 3 minutes he put his top back on.
