They visited only the level plains not close to any mountains or even any large craters. It will be another 100 years before we might be able to say that we have "explored" the Moon.
No. Eris is much to far away to send astronauts there. We have not even sent any probes there. The only object astronauts have visited is the moon, which is much closer to Earth than any other object in space.
According from what I understand, no one has visited the moon ever since the Apollo mission mainly because of politics and how Congress stopped funding it, throwing away parts that they paid for. I assume it's just to fun anything else that they found important.
