Yes, i tried returning a faulty item to the shop. The manageress said its the manufacturers fault and when i mentioned the Sales of Goods Act she told me to leave and dont come back.
I contacted customer services they told me to send the item to them. I did and they stated they would refund it but that was five mnths ago. Their company secretary refuses to refund me.
