No, only probes have managed to get there. Answer: No, it takes between 4 and 20 years for a spaceship with present technology to get there (and the same back) - the amount of work to be done is staggering. What many people have planned is leap frogging from station to station: get a station on Earth's moon. Then one on Mars, then one in the asteroid belt, then one of Jupiter's moons, THEN onto one of Saturn's moons. Each leap will take from 10 to 20 years BUT - the safety of the astronauts and people on the ground (stuff that goes up CAN come back down) is tantamount. Cost is another factor.

No one has been on the planet Saturn. It is a gas giant that has no solid surface and cannot sustain life. Several unmanned probes have been to Saturn: Pioneer 11, Voyager 1 and Voyager 2, and Cassini.

No, only unmanned probes have been.

It is a gas planet and if you got to the solid part of it the pressure would crush you and its gases are not in the human range of breathing.

Its rings are made out of rock and dust and ice. You would have to get past them and it has many moons as well.

No, there has only been unmanned probes and spacecrafts sent to Saturn. I don't think anyone will be visiting Saturn soon.

No person has. A few space probes have been to and past the planet such as the Voyager programs. Man has not been farther into space than orbiting the far side of the moon.
