It might work but it would take a lot longer to charge the phone up and the charger might well get damaged due the impedance caused by the different AC Frequency, so it is not adviseable to try it. Doing it the other way round i.e. plugging a 110 volt charger into a 220 volt input wou;d almost certainly make the charger inoperative for ever more.

Is lg xenon better than an y phone?
i dont know what a "y" phone is but the lg xenon is the worst phone EVER! looks are very convincing with this phone but STAY AWAY FROM IT! 2 weeks after i got this phone the screen got very light and was flickering, it was freezing randomly, turning off randomly and it once turned into a bunch of lines and colours. i would say try your best to stay away from MOST lg cell phones; some are good (like the windows optimus quantum, or so i hear).

Did you ever plug the controller into a charger that was plugged into a wall? if so then you probably fried the battery since the charge put out of the ps4 is lower than that of a phone charger and the battery can't handle it. I've done it so this comes from experience. XD
