No. Uranus is a gas giant; it is made of gas (and liquid). Because of this, Uranus does not have a solid surface, so there is nowhere to land. Beneath the atmosphere is a layer of liquid hydrogen, and beneath that, a layer of ice water, methane, and ammonia. There is a solid core at the center, but it would not be possible to travel through the other layers to get to it. Even if you could, the core has a temperature of around 15,000 degrees Fahrenheit!
Nobody has ever been to Uranus. The farthest people have been is to the Moon.
No humans have been anywhere except the Moon. Only one unmanned space probe has even passed anywhere close to the planet, Voyager 2 in 1986.
Presently we do not have the technology for a manned mission to either. Unmanned probes have been to both.
