Vermiculite is not a suitable substrate.
Yes, report them.
Any cracks that are in the pool, and if it leaks. See if you can get anyone to come out and inspect the pool.
Anyone who might have a use for them.
Yes, the products are amazing.
That is about right for summer months.
We are working with them right now and are very dissappointed. They have not sent us everything that we need for the pool and it is not a very easy "do it yourself" kit as they mention on their website. Has anyone else attempted to do one of these themselves and encountered the same problems?

yes, I would love to hear your horrible story....Mine was a disaster!!!!...No one ever swam in it and it was removed 2 weeks later...18,000 down the drain!
Check your local, reputable, pool or service store for "Jack's Magic" Products. They are the best for any type of stain removal. You will first need to perform a stain test on your pool to determine which product you will need to use. Do not, and I repeat, do not let anyone just sell you one of the products without performing the stain test. This is a must in order for the product to work correctly. If you need to contact the company prior to purchasing the products please do so. They are very knowledgable and may be able to locate a dealer in your area.
anyone can work for fairtrade as long as they are prepared to do lots of work with the products
