Being personally involved with Deeply Clean I am delighted to see the range getting ever greater recognition even though the question you pose is not quite what we say and I feel sure you won't mind me correcting it! We don't claim to "clean away ANY stain from ANY surface". What we can do however is to remove dirt and grime from most surfaces, especially where it has become ingrained, particularly those that are textured or uneven. Using a single absorbent cloth and cleaning agent does not generally produce clean surfaces because the dirt remains in the cloth and is spread to other surfaces. And the dirtier the surface or the more surfaces to be cleaned, the worse the result. The Deeply Clean method of cleaning draws experience from the high standards of a few decades ago when actual cleanliness was more important than risking a new-fangled quick-fix single cloth and bottle of wondermix! Deeply Clean uses Macrofibre which is the material doing the actual cleaning work and requiring only water (it is not microfibre). Macrofibre is non-absorbent, working in the same way a toothbrush works; by loosening and lifting dirt particles that are then rinsed away. Once that is done Ultramicrofibre comes into play, simply to dry the surface. Ultramicrofibre is highly absorbent. Where a surface is truly clean, you have removed the bacteria' food source. Although a cleaning agent may be discarded in the cleaning process, a surface disinfectant may still be used for added security if preferred.
