it could possibly need a tune up change the spark plugs and wires get them tested out first @ auto zone they might not be getting enough fire to them to crank the car.
Faulty Alternator?
It could be battery connection, discharged or faulty battery, faulty alternator or regulator, faulty starter or a loose and corroded connection on the starter.
It could be a number of problems. It could be the sensor is bad, it could indicate a fault with the alternator, faulty leads, faulty wiring... it depends on the situation.
Odds are the battery voltage is low. The alternator could be faulty or the belt could be loose or broken.
the answer could be 3 fold ,either your new battery is faulty,or your alternator is faulty ,,or the logical problem could be an earth fault ,clean down all earth points properly ,if that doesnt cure your fault ,you may have a wiring fault, could be a open circuit I.E broken wire inside harness.
If it is bubbling excessivly accross all cells then the alternator could be overcharging. if it is odd cells bubbling then the battery may be faulty
I'm having the same problem. The cause of the nackered battery and dead alternator could be a faulty charge relay. Try replacing this and see if the light goes out..
There are two reasons this could occur. The first is the alternator may not be receiving enough power from the battery and the other option is there may be faulty wiring on the motor of the alternator.
Bad starter.. direct ground..... stero equipment IG: amplifier being improperly wired . and it is possible to have the wrong alternator or a faulty one. The computer controls the alternator. If the charging system is malfunctioning, that could be the cause of the weak battery. The computer controls the alternator. If the charging system is malfunctioning, that could be the cause of the weak battery.
the alternator belt could be slipping so check the belt, the wiring at the alternator could be faulty do a check with a multimeter. open the alternator and check the diodes .apply battery power and see if the rotor still spins inside the stator see current output
Maybe a bad alternator, or could need a tuneup.
