Has fuel new battery and new alternator car will run but when turn it off will not crank back up the car don't run hot could it be a faulty wire or do you need a tune-up?

it could possibly need a tune up change the spark plugs and wires get them tested out first @ auto zone they might not be getting enough fire to them to crank the car.
