No, Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden is not yet completed. Chapter 32 has recently been released this year (2010) and we are still waiting for chapter 33 (and volume 10) to come out. Sadly, the author (Yuu Watse) has been keeping up a slow pace of writing these chapters due to "her health conditions, deadlines, and other mangas she's currently working on", so each chapter (and volume) is released extremely slowly. All we can do is send encouraging fanmail (with tons of ideas) and keep checking, hoping and staying positive!!! (and very very very patient) :) lol can't wait to get more FY-GK!!! Let's all keep our fingers crossed for an anime on this one!!! :)

All the Fushigi Yugi currently out is all that will be coming out. I'm pretty sure about this since it's development ended several years ago, and there isn't more to the story in the manga either. In all there are two box sets, but I don't think they can be counted as separate seasons. Then there are two OVAs and the final OVA which closes out the story.
