While it was Officially Axed by ITV in June, An announcement made on 29th Sept 2009 Stated That ITV have agreed to produce a further 13 episodes in an new co-production deal with UKTV.
This will secure Primevil for another 2 seasons.
Series 4 will air on ITV in early 2011 with 7 episodes.
Series 5 will air Later the same year with the remaining 6 episodes, but will premiere on Watch and Run on ITV at a later date.

Series 4 starts on 28th March 2011 although some people says it starts in December. On the 30th of April there was going to be a 4th season but in June it was officially cancelled because it cost to much money for the show to continue. Fortunately a full length feature film is under development at Warner Bros. and there is a rumor that Warner Bros. is discussing how to develop a new Primeval television series in the US.

I am sorry to say that there will be no fourth series of The Inbetweeners as the actors are getting to old to play teenagers and after school has finished there is 'uni' where the boys will be split as is made clear in the movie and so it would be hard to film a good series.
