Yes, this college's licence to sponsor student migrants has been suspended since before 26 January 2010. To date (24 July 2010) the issue has not been resolved. This college therefore appears on the list of Suspended Colleges From Tier 4.
Tier 4 suspension relates only to recruit international students and the College continues to operate in full-scale for UK/EU students.
The College is Approved by the Department for Education (DfE), UK, and is Accredited by the British Accreditation Council.

Sir i want to know about is Lincons college suspended in UKBA list ?
That college does not exist on the UKBA sponsor list. It was suspended from accreditation in late 2009 and its website is no longer functional.
In Britain, I'd say Cambridge and Oxford. University College of London, Warwick and St Andrews are also up there.
