First off, Fay isn't a hurricane, its a tropical storm. At the time of this writing,( Tuesday, August 19th, 740PM) Fay was located at 27.5 North 80.9 West Movement is to the north-northeast at 7 mph. Current winds are at 65 mph with gusts of 79 mph. so it is possible Fay will become a minimal Cat 1 Hurricane when it returns over the Atlantic.
