Never. In fact only once did ABBA record something they didn't write themselves. (It was a medley of American folk songs.)

Don't Cry For Me Argentina was written for the musical Evita by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber in 1978. (Bonus fact: Tim Rice did later work with ABBA's Bjorn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson to write the musical Chess.)
