This is another classic example of why you don't just throw parts at a problem.
Most likely you have a problem sensing the fact that the engine is running.
Typically electric fuel pumps only run for a few seconds when you first turn on the key. Then, if the computer detects that the engine is running, ANOTHER circuit causes the fuel pump to continue running.
I'd start with a computer diagnostic scan to see if the computer has detected any problems with the electronic circuits.
crank it till starts
The injectors may need cleaned. There may also be a problem with the carburetor not ejecting enough gas to the engine.
make sure you changed your fuel filter
it could be the lock out senor in the transmission.
If the injectors on a 1991 Honda Accord are working well than proceed to check the main relay and fuel filter. Replace the components if they are worn and check the engine with a diagnostic test.
I have a 94 honda accord and it runs beautiful, but it will stumble upon starting. anyone know why? the plugs have been changed, the wires are good, the injectors have been cleaned. I have a new fuel pump, water pump, radiator. all the seals are fixed. I have no leaks. It has good power. It always starts, but sometimes it stumbles and I have to restart it. Any ideas?
you need a new cam positioning sensor installed
There are several things that can cause your 2005 Chevrolet Malibu to run rough. The fuel injectors may need to be cleaned. The air filter may need to be replaced.
as a filter needs a little cleaned is when it starts turning black or gray and soak it in warm soapy water then scrub.

The idle air control valve needs to be cleaned. Often the dealer will want to replace it, at about $450, but it can be cleaned for about $40 by an independent mechanic.
If the starter is turning over on the 1989 Honda Civic but the engine is not getting gas, the problem is more likely the fuel pump than the injectors. Clogged injectors might cause difficult starts but a damaged fuel pump will cause the vehicle to receive no fuel at all.
