U.S. currency is printed in a 3-step process :The back is printed first and taken to a drying room.Next the front is printed and then allowed to dry.Last, the serial numbers and Treasury shield are printed in an overprint press. So you can see it's virtually impossible for a partialback side to be printed on the front side.I suggest you take it to a coin show and have a few currency dealers look at it to figure out what you have.

Unlike other repro's on eBay that are just fake but look real in every way.......You have an elusive and rare coin

The same as every other double headed or double tailed coin you find. It's a novelty item made privately and sold as a "magician's coin". They cost a few bucks in a novelty shop but are not worth anything to a coin collector.
A British 20 pence piece.
The picture on the back of the Sacajawea coin is a young Shoshone woman. She has her infant son on her back in a wrap. This coin was a replacement for the Susan B. Anthony coin.
The best thing to do is have a dealer or collector look at the coin, is sounds like a coin that has been put between two other coins and pressed together causing the images on the coin in the middle especially if any lettering is backwards
