No. Yes.While it has snowed in all 50 states at one time or another, including the mountains in Hawaii and the northern part of Florida, all 50 states have not had snow at the same time. On Feb 12, 2010 there was snow in all 50 states which may be the first time with snow in all 50 states at the same time.
Yes, there is snow in parts of the US right now, particularly in northern states like Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Maine. Snowfall can vary widely across the country depending on the season and weather conditions.
In 2009-2010 there was, for a day, snow on the ground at some location in every state. This occurred on February 12, 2010. This is obviously a very unusual occurrence, and I believe it was the first time in recorded history.
No all snow flakes are different
Even here in Florida there is reported "snow" all the way up north in this state, this doesn't necessarily mean that it is even hitting the ground. Even in Hawaii there are mountains and such of with are at a high enough altitude to reach below freezing.
Some places have snow lying on the ground all the time because they are located in polar regions where temperatures are consistently low enough to keep the snow from melting. These areas typically receive constant snowfall to replenish the snowpack throughout the year. Additionally, factors like altitude and shading can also contribute to snow accumulation.

No
Yes. All US states experience the same season at the same time.
Definitely not, although it's a strange thing to think of quantifying an entire state's snow. While the mountains of CO get a ton of snow, so do the mountains of all the other states out West.
No I dont think so. Because if its cold enough to snow, the coldness would just freeze the rain and snow, making it into ice. So Im pretty sure it all that would turn into ice.
All US states have had tornadoes. Antarctica gets snow and no tornadoes, but it is a continent, not a state.
No, they are not legal in all states. Some states even have seasonal restrictions on their use. Contact your state DOT to find out.

I'm pretty sure they all received snow. 49 of them had snow on the ground at one time, with Hawaii being the one that held out. But there is always snow on top of Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea at some point in the winter in Hawaii.
