Depends on how many you've been taking. I've been taking for a while now about 4 a day and I've just stopped for about 4 days now. I think the answer you looking for is whether you feel joint pains, headaches, flu like symptoms or neck and back pains. It'll all be over in about a week. Giving up is not hard its staying there that you need to worry about
