Have changed battery on my Peugeot 306 N reg turbo diesel hatchback and now lights flash and car will not start .You hear a buzzing sound but engine does not turn over .Help please?

Its ur immobiliser. Sit yourself in the car with doors shut, turn ignition as if you were starting until dash is fully lit. Then hold the button just in front of your ignition barrel. It looks like a picture of a speaker. Keep this pressed until your lights and indicators reset and your car should start.

Hi: You can change the internal Battery yourself as long as you do it within 20 seconds, so make sure you have the correct type of battery, It should tell you that in The Manual once you have changed the battery, Just switch the Igntion on and within 30 seconds press the unlock button for 3 seconds.
