Hi: You can change the internal Battery yourself as long as you do it within 20 seconds, so make sure you have the correct type of battery, It should tell you that in The Manual once you have changed the battery, Just switch the Igntion on and within 30 seconds press the unlock button for 3 seconds. Should work again. Terry

The 306 is a better option but neither will go straight in as the power steering pump will want to be where the radiator is.
