have received 2 Speeding tickets recently, but have a clean record before. I paid the first one which was going to have 2 points attached to it. I just received another one last Thursday for 51 mph in a 35 zone. I understand that this one would be 3 points. I will be moving to FL very soon. These points have not shown up on my record here in VT yet. If I get my new FL license BEFORE these points show up on my VT record, I understand that VT will notify FL at the time they record the points. BUT, if the points were to already be on my VT license at the time I go to get my FL license, I was told by VT DMV that these points would not be reported. Is this information correct? If so, it appears I can avoid having the points show up in FL by waiting to get my FL license until the points have been added to my VT license? Any advice ?
A speeding ticket. Though an off duty cop said he would have taken Justin in for reckless driving, but he had no say and a speeding ticket is what he received.
An unpaid speeding ticket will not prevent someone from getting a passport. However, if there is a warrant attached to the speeding ticket the person will not get the passport.

Yes it does. Pennsylvania will report the speeding ticket to Wisconsin and it will be treated just as if it was received in Wisconsin.
well.... you shouldn't have been speeding in the first place bud.
will my car insurance go up because I received a speeding ticket intermediate in a scool zone?
