Test the wiring between the computer and the coil.
Replace the coil.
Replace the ignition coil(s).

The oxygen sensor is "done". It should be replaced.
While trying to diagnose the source of my P0306 error code, I actually forced P0356 to occur by disconnecting the wire to the ignition coil on cylinder #6 and running the engine. I would recommend wiggling/inspecting/cleaning the wiring connections at the coil and at the PCM to make sure you've got electrical continuity.
