Yes I did today. Lunch is an important meal due to the fact that it should be the main feed of your energy output for the afternoon. Breakfast, however, is the most important meal of the day as it should sustain energy levels for the day. A high amount of carbohydrates should be eaten at breakfast; less for lunch and very little or none for dinner. Obviously, this should be personal to the eater due to the fact that less carbs are required for an inactive person. If you were to sustain this diet with no activity all day, you will put on weight. However, if you go for a run after having a high-carb breakfast (obviously, not straight after) then the energy will be put to good use and you won't put on weight. I tend to eat protein during lunch. I'm still at school so my breakfast is normally a bowl of oats with coconut milk/rye bread with egg/fish; my lunch would normally be soup, salad and tuna mayo; my dinner would be something traditional that my mum makes (like thai-curry chicken... bleurgh) - I try to enforce the no-carb rule which has come to some conflict but nothing I can't manage. This diet may seem a little strange because I avoid gluten and dairy (YES I know you might think eggs and tuna mayo are dairy but the thing I can't have is the milk from cows and mayo has very very little of this - it's mostly eggs - which I can manage). On top of this, I have about 6 servings of fruit a day and way too much water (for example, today I had around 4 bottles and it's only 18:17). My rule for puddings is none with the exception of apple crumble (my treat). Also, energy bars are to be eaten in the MORNING! + Chamomile tea in the evening helps weight loss
