Great admin and moderator staff, constantly upgrading and improving the game based on their vision and player suggestions.

Very playable without upgrading. There are no "paying players only" items. Upgrading just allows you faster stats regeneration, and the ability to buy points instead of waiting to find them. Points allow you to do more item searches, get out of the hospital, refill stats on demand, research more, etc..
