strange not usally arr pit hair is usally the last thing to happen i still do not have arm pit hair and i have facial hair' leg hair and pubes down below and im 14 so it's different for every person

No, facial hair is just a part of puberty. Sooner or later you will stop growing but it's not linked to the hair.
