He doesnt text back he says im too intense hes recovering from being ill with glandular fever is it just that or does he not love me anymore?

Generally, it can make them more irritable than normal, so if that is the trouble, you just need to give him some recovery time. If he says you are too intense, you may be putting higher standards on him that he feels are too time consuming and impossible to achieve.
